Since each piece of jewelry is carefully handmade, please allow 3-7 business days for processing orders prior to shipping. When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email and once your item has shipped you will then receive a tracking number. After your item has shipped please allow for 2-4 business days for arrival.

At this time, I am not offering returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery via email (see below). In your email, please include the order number, description of the damage, as well as photos showing the damage. A refund may be then issued back to your original method of payment.

Each piece of jewelry is handmade, and therefore, no two necklaces are exactly the same. The stone and pearl necklaces may vary slightly in size and shape of stones and/or pearls. Every creation is thoughtfully and gingerly crafted!
